Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-25
1. The service
Sojka ("the service", operated by ozpr s.r.o. — full details in section 7) monitors the email trust posture of domains you register in it: DMARC aggregate reports, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and related), and DNS blocklist status, with notifications delivered through the Sojka iOS app. The free public checker at sojka.email performs a one-shot read of public DNS records for any domain you submit.
2. Your account
Accounts are created with Sign in with Apple. You may only add domains you administer or are authorized to monitor. You can delete your account at any time from the app; deletion removes your account and monitored-domain data as described in the privacy policy.
3. Subscriptions
Sojka Solo monitors up to 5 domains — DMARC aggregate reports read and explained, policy readiness, DNS and blocklist monitoring with alerts, test-email checks for each sending source, and shareable fix reports — for as long as the subscription is active. It is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store in two lengths:
- Monthly — €4.99 per month.
- Yearly — €34.99 per year (€2.92 per month).
Prices are the euro-zone prices; Apple sets and displays the price in your own currency and storefront, and the price shown in the app at the moment of purchase is the one that applies. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the period you chose (€4.99 monthly, or €34.99 yearly, unless a price change has been notified to you and accepted as Apple requires). You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal after purchase in Account Settings on your device — Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app under Settings → Manage subscription.
Free trial. New subscribers are offered a 14-day free trial, provided by Apple as an introductory offer; eligibility is determined by Apple per Apple Account, so a returning subscriber may not be offered one. The trial starts when you subscribe and converts to a paid period automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, not by us. What lapsing actually changes is described in the app: your domains keep being monitored and nothing is deleted, while report data, checks you request, alerts and sharing need an active subscription.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the public checker or the service to harass, to probe domains at abusive volume, or to circumvent rate limits.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
5. Service quality
Sojka reads public DNS and standardized reports produced by third-party mail receivers. Verdicts and recommendations are informational: they reflect the data available to the service at the time and are not a guarantee of deliverability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
6. Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves; material changes will be announced in the app or by notice on this page before they take effect.
7. The iOS app and the App Store
This section applies to the Sojka iOS app and is required by Apple of any app distributed through the App Store. It is an agreement between you and ozpr s.r.o. only — not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Licence. You get a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions — including, where those rules allow it, use by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing. (The subscription itself is not Family Shared: it covers one Sojka account and its domains.)
- Support. We are solely responsible for support and maintenance of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any. Write to support@sojka.email.
- Warranty. We are solely responsible for any warranty, express or implied, to the extent it is not effectively disclaimed in section 5. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever in respect of the app.
- Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it — including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property. If a third party claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Export and sanctions. By using the app you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app — for example your mobile carrier's terms, and Apple's own Media Services Terms and Conditions, which govern the subscription purchase.
- Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance of them Apple has the right — and is deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to support@sojka.email, or to the postal address in section 8.
8. Operator, contact and governing law
The service is operated by ozpr s.r.o., IČO 08002461, with registered seat at Malířská 377/11, Bubeneč, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 311037.
Questions about these terms: see support, or write to support@sojka.email. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
